I've always wanted to make waffle for me husband but for now I need to get myself a waffle maker first. - It's difficult to make something when you don't have the machine/tools. (-_-")

what you need + what you do:

750g flower

270g lukewarm milk

70g yeast

3 eggs + 2 egg yolks

pinch of salt

35g of vanilla sugar

400g soft butter

500g pearl sugar

mix everything except for the butter and pearl sugar.

let it rest for about 30 minutes.

knead butter into the mix and add the pearl sugar at this point.

bake in a deep waffle iron and enjoy!
