Recipe: Easy Peasy Shortbread and OLFT

Grilled lamb with husband's secret black pepper sauce, sauteed green beans and tomato, creamy mashed potato, and wholemeal roll with a splash of olive oil.

This is our heartiest meal for today. I woke up this morning with the wonderful smell of husband's demi glace.  So I knew instantly that there will be another good dish in the making for today. He made it from scratch, from making the demi glace, to his secret black pepper sauce, the marinated lamb, and everything. Gosh, I just love him! Thank you husband. :)

So as a token of appreciation to my husband, I made him shortbread to compliment his coffee before he's off to work. :)
